# Syntra

> Syntra is a web-based project and task management platform (PMO software) with a built-in AI assistant, made by Tymko.Tech. Teams keep projects, tasks, risks, sprints, documents, meeting minutes and a team calendar in one workspace; the assistant answers questions from the company's own data, cites its sources and creates tasks when the user confirms. The interface is available in 8 languages (Ukrainian by default), prices are in EUR, and the free plan covers up to 3 people.

- AI assistant: answers "what is at risk, who is overloaded, what changed" across all projects from tasks, risks, documents and meeting minutes, with links to the exact items; drafts status reports; reads PDF, DOCX and XLSX files and quotes them with page references; analyses screenshots and photos; takes voice input. Risky actions always wait for the user's confirmation, and it only sees what the user is allowed to see.
- Pricing, EUR per month, excluding VAT: Free €0 (3 users, 5 projects, 100 AI requests, 100 MB); Starter €49 (10 users, extra users €5 each, 30 projects, 1,000 AI requests, 2 GB); Business €149 (25 users, extra users €5 each, 100 projects, 3,000 AI requests, 10 GB); Enterprise €399 (50 users, extra users €4 each, 300 projects, 12,000 AI requests, 50 GB). Extra AI requests: €25 per 500 on any paid plan. Holdings with several legal entities: €6 per user per month with separate AI limits per entity. No card needed to start.

- Security and data: every company works in its own isolated workspace; AI models are never trained on customer documents; TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest; roles at company, department, project and document level; two-factor sign-in (TOTP); an audit log, change history and a restorable trash; nightly backups. Platform data is hosted in Ukraine; the AI, e-mail and payment sub-processors are in the USA and error monitoring is in the EU (Germany). The DPA and the sub-processor list are public.
- Integrations: Google Calendar, Outlook (one sign-in), iCloud and any iCal feed; Telegram; two-way connectors for Jira, GitHub, Worksection and Creatio; signed webhooks; a REST API with read or read-write access keys limited to chosen projects; OAuth 2.0 for third-party apps; Excel and PDF export. API, webhooks, connectors and AI-assistant (MCP) access come with the Enterprise plan.
- AI assistants (MCP): a Model Context Protocol server at https://syntra.tymko.tech/mcp (Streamable HTTP, JSON-RPC); each workspace also has its own address, https://syntra.tymko.tech/mcp/<workspace>, shown in Settings → API. Authorization by OAuth 2.0 (metadata at /.well-known/oauth-authorization-server and /.well-known/oauth-protected-resource) or by a Syntra integration key. Read tools: whoami, list_projects, get_project, list_tasks, list_sprints, get_sprint. Write tools (create and update tasks, projects, risks and sprints, comment on tasks) only when the workspace has write access turned on; nothing can be deleted through MCP, and the assistant sees exactly what the connected user sees.
