Syntra doesn't replace your tools.
It makes them work together.
Your team works in your favorite tracker, accounting uses 1C, developers use GitHub. Syntra brings it all into one picture without breaking anything: tasks sync, events flow to your services, AI assistant connects in a minute.
Title, completed/not completed, deadline, assignee by email and urgency by priority — both ways. Your team stays in Worksection, your manager sees everything in Syntra.
Beyond title and deadline — status too: To Do / In Progress / Done. High and Highest become "urgent". Jira projects are matched to Syntra projects once.
Creatio activities become Syntra tasks, projects become projects. Login via OAuth 2.0 or username and password, status and priority sync.
Repository = project, issue = task. Close an issue — task is done; bug/urgent labels — "urgent"; deadline from milestone. Once a day Syntra shows your manager new issues without logging into GitHub.
Select the system, enter your account URL and key or token. The key is stored encrypted and never shown again.
"Test connection" — Syntra automatically loads the list of projects from the external system. Specify which Syntra project corresponds to which.

It's automatic from here
Sync runs on schedule or by button. The run log shows how many items were received, sent, and where errors occurred.
Create, change, or delete a project or task — Syntra immediately sends a signed message to your URL. Your BI dashboard, 1C, Slack, or custom service — everyone gets notified first. Delivery log in the app.
REST API for custom integrations: projects, tasks, risks, notes, sprints, documents. Key can be read-only or read-write, limited to selected projects if desired. Revoke anytime.
For a mobile app or client portal: a user clicks "Allow" once, and a third-party service sees exactly what they see. Permissions are visible in the profile, revoked with one click.
Your AI assistant sees projects the way you do.
Any AI assistant supporting MCP connects to your Syntra workspace using the documentation URL. Grant access once — then ask: "What's on fire in the projects?", "How's the sprint going?"
Roles, departments, closed projects — the same boundaries as in the app. An editor's assistant won't see more than the editor. Another workspace — another URL, another permission.
Write access by permission
By default, the assistant reads only. Turn on write for the workspace — it creates tasks and bugs, changes statuses, comments. No way to delete through the assistant, every action is in the change log.
Nothing disappears
Not in Syntra, not in the external system
No duplicates
Each external task has a source label
Conflict — honest
Changed both sides — external system wins
Everything logged
Who, what, when — just like manual changes
Your tools stay yours.

Connectors, webhooks, API, AI assistants — without migration, without "everyone moves now", without losing history.
