Construction project management with AI
In Syntra a construction company runs each site as a project: tasks with assignees and deadlines, risks with a response plan, a planned and actual budget, contracts and meeting minutes. The AI assistant finds terms in contracts with a link to the page and makes tasks from minutes, but Syntra has no estimating, no BIM and no Gantt chart.

Example: fitting out a restaurant space
The demo company tymko.tech is a fictional restaurant chain used in the Syntra screenshots. The construction part of the project is the fit-out of the space in Lviv.
- The plan of works.The project has the tasks Fit-out works, Utilities and IT network, Install equipment and Fire safety inspection, with assignees and deadlines.
- A risk.The risk “equipment may arrive after the fire inspection date” has a high level and a plan: a backup inspection date.
- A site meeting.The minutes of the meeting with the contractor become three tasks with dates; the assignees get notifications in Telegram.
- The contract.Asked “what is the penalty for a late delivery?”, the assistant quotes the contract clause with the page number.
Honest limits
- Syntra has no Gantt chart, no cost estimating, no materials accounting, no BIM and no time tracking — those need specialised construction software.
- Syntra does not work offline.
- Photo and document analysis is available from the Starter plan, voice input on Enterprise.
Questions and answers
Will Syntra replace our estimating software?
No, Syntra does not calculate estimates, does not track materials and has no BIM or Gantt chart. It runs the project side — tasks, risks, budget plan and actual, documents and meetings — next to your specialised software.
Can we find a contract clause in seconds?
Yes, upload contracts to the project documents or the company library and ask the assistant: it answers with the file name and the page number. The AI analyses scanned PDFs without text as images.
How do we bring in subcontractors?
A subcontractor can be invited to the workspace with a role such as Viewer and will see only the projects they are added to. Every invited person takes a user seat in the plan.
