Questions and answers

Which project management software is the best?

There is no single best tool: the choice depends on what you need — Scrum for software development, boards for a small team, a Gantt chart for complex schedules, or a project portfolio with AI for a manager. Every comparison page has a “When … is the better choice” section to keep the decision honest.

Can we move to Syntra from another tool?

Partly: Syntra imports a list of projects from Excel and creates a project from a document, and it has connectors for Jira and Worksection that sync tasks (Enterprise plan). There is no ready-made import from Trello, Asana, monday.com, ClickUp or Bitrix24, so task history has to be moved by hand or through the API.

How current are these comparisons?

The facts were checked as of October 2026, and every page lists its sources with links at the bottom. Prices and features of other products change, so check the current terms on the vendor’s site before you decide.
