When Worksection is the better choice

Worksection is the better choice if your team needs a Gantt chart, time and expense tracking and resource planning — all of these are on the Business plan,2 and Syntra has none of them. It has iOS and Android apps, an automatic import from Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project and other tools3 and payment by invoice in hryvnias for companies.4

Syntra is worth choosing when you need a portfolio management layer above the tasks: risks, budget, reports for the CEO and AI that answers across all projects.

Using both, or switching

Syntra has a two-way Worksection connector: the task name, whether it is done, the deadline, the assignee (matched by e-mail) and urgency (as priority) sync in both directions. The team stays in Worksection, and a manager sees everything in Syntra next to the company’s other projects; connectors come with the Enterprise plan. How connectors work.

For a full switch, the connector in the “to Syntra only” direction brings over the tasks of the matched projects. Worksection exports a full account archive to XML,25 and the task list to CSV or XLS from the Basic plan.26
