Project management software for restaurant chains

Syntra helps a restaurant chain run openings, refits, loyalty programme launches and IT projects in one portfolio with risks and budgets. A new opening starts from a ready template, and the AI assistant keeps deliveries, inspections and deadlines of every location in view at once.

How it works in Syntra

Example: opening a restaurant in Lviv

The demo company tymko.tech is a fictional restaurant chain used in the Syntra screenshots. The chain is opening a flagship restaurant with 120 seats.

  1. Start from a template. The operations manager creates the project Store Opening — Lviv from the Location opening template: the tasks are already laid out by date from today to the opening day.
  2. A risk under control. The kitchen equipment delivery is late, so the risk has a plan: a backup fire inspection date and delivery confirmation by Friday.
  3. The team in one place.Marketing prepares the opening day plan, IT the till and Wi-Fi, finance the pre-opening budget review: all are tasks of one project with different assignees.
  4. The owner sees the picture. The owner asks the assistant “What threatens the Lviv opening date?” and gets an answer with links to the risk and the tasks.

Questions and answers

Is Syntra a fit for a single café?

It is, if you have projects — a refit, a second location, a delivery launch: the Free plan is free for 3 people and 5 projects. Day-to-day operations (the till, stock, shift schedules) need specialised systems.

How do we run several openings at once?

Each opening is a separate project with its own task template, risks and budget, and all of them show up together in the portfolio and on the project kanban board. The assistant answers across all openings at once: what is overdue, where the risk is, who is overloaded.

Can we work from a phone?

Yes, Syntra runs in a phone browser and installs as an app, and the Telegram bot sends notifications and answers questions. A manager does not need a laptop to tick off a task or ask about a status.
