AI project management: what the Syntra assistant does for you
In AI project management the assistant takes over the routine: it gathers the status of every project, finds risks, writes reports and turns meetings and documents into tasks. In Syntra the assistant works only with your company’s data, links to its sources and makes no risky change without your confirmation.
Where a project manager loses time
- Gathering the status of a dozen projects takes hours of messages and spreadsheets every week.
- Decisions from meetings have to be copied into tasks by hand, or they get lost.
- The answer to “what does the contract say” is buried in a 40-page PDF.
- General chatbots do not know your projects and have no access to your data.

Example: a day with the assistant at tymko.tech
The demo company tymko.tech is a fictional restaurant chain used in the Syntra screenshots.
- 08:55.A project manager gets the morning AI digest in Telegram: two ERP migration tasks are overdue, and there is a new risk in the restaurant opening project.
- 10:00.He asks “Prepare the Monday status for the CEO” — the assistant writes a report on 8 projects with budget figures and links.
- 13:00.After the meeting with a supplier the transcript goes into Minutes, and five action items become tasks with assignees.
- 16:00.The question “What are the early termination terms in the contract?” — the assistant answers with a quote and a link to the page of the contract PDF.
AI limits worth knowing
- The assistant can be wrong, so check important conclusions against the links it gives.
- The number of AI requests depends on the plan: from 100 a month on Free to 12,000 on Enterprise, plus €25 for 500 more.
- Requests to the assistant are processed by AI sub-processors in the USA (Anthropic, OpenAI); the models are not trained on your data.
- Voice input is available on the Enterprise plan, image analysis from Starter.
Questions and answers
Will AI replace the project manager?
No, the AI in Syntra removes the routine — status gathering, reports, copying action items into tasks — but a person makes the decisions. Risky actions of the assistant always wait for your confirmation.
How is the Syntra assistant different from ChatGPT?
The Syntra assistant works with your company’s data in Syntra — projects, tasks, risks, documents — and sees only what your role allows. It links to sources inside Syntra and can create tasks after you confirm; a general chatbot has no such data unless it is connected.
Can I connect Syntra to my own AI assistant?
Yes, through the MCP protocol on the Enterprise plan: an external assistant reads projects, tasks, risks and sprints with the connected user’s rights. It can write only when writing is switched on for the workspace, and nothing can be deleted through MCP.
Which language does the assistant answer in?
The assistant answers in the user’s language: English, Ukrainian, German or any of the 8 interface languages. The assistant’s name, tone and answer length can be adjusted.
