Project management for marketing agencies
Syntra helps a marketing agency run every campaign as a project — from the brief and media plan to the launch and the results report — with deadlines, owners and risks. The AI assistant gathers the status across all clients, and meeting minutes turn straight into the team’s tasks.
What an agency deals with
- Dozens of campaigns for different clients at once, each with its own approval deadlines.
- Client feedback arrives by e-mail and in messengers, not in the tasks.
- An account manager gathers a status for each client by hand every week.
How it works in Syntra

Example: a seasonal campaign
The demo company tymko.tech is a fictional restaurant chain used in the Syntra screenshots. Its marketing team works as an in-house agency: TV, digital and in-store materials, 6 weeks.
- Brief and plan. The Q4 Brand Campaign project is created from the template: from goals and KPIs to the results report.
- Approval. The final cut of the TV spot is a task marked urgent with a deadline in 2 days; the feedback with changes is in the task comments.
- Meeting with production. The meeting minutes produce three new tasks with assignees and dates.
- A report for management. The assistant writes the status: what is live, what is awaiting approval, where the launch date is at risk.
Good to know
- Syntra has no time tracking and does not invoice clients.
- Every invited client takes a user seat in the plan.
- The team calendar is on the Business and Enterprise plans; everyone can connect their own calendar on any plan.
Questions and answers
Can we show a client how the work is going?
Yes, a client can be invited to the workspace with the Viewer role: they see only the projects assigned to them and change nothing. Restricted projects (Business plan) are visible only to their members.
Is there time tracking for client billing?
No, Syntra has no time tracking. Team load shows through story points and the team calendar, and billable hours have to be counted in another tool.
How much does Syntra cost for an agency of 15 people?
For 15 people Business fits — €149 a month for the workspace with 25 users included; prices are in EUR excluding VAT. Starter (€49) includes 10 users, and each extra user costs €5 a month.
